I spent 10 years directing Digital Forensics and Incident Response teams for DIRECTV, where I was responsible for all cyber investigations across the United States, as well as providing forensics assistance to Latin American regional offices. I also created my own Enterprise Security Awareness program, in which I presented the intensive, ongoing cyber security training either in-person, or via online videos, to 25,000 of my fellow employees across the United States and Latin America.

And more recently, I have founded 1:M Cyber Security, a cyber security awareness training company with a new approach.
